Psychological assessment is a process of evaluating an individual’s cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and mental health functioning using standardized tools and clinical expertise. What to Expect During a Psychological Assessment

Initial Consultation – A licensed psychologist will discuss concerns, medical and psychological history, and goals for the assessment. Please note that all psychological testing will require a $200 deposit.

Testing Process – Depending on the type of evaluation, you may complete written tests, interviews, and structured activities. Selective Learning Disability (SLD) testing requires an out-of-pocket cost of $300 as this type of testing is not covered by insurance.

Feedback & Recommendations – After the assessment, we provide a comprehensive report outlining findings, diagnoses (if applicable), and treatment recommendations.
