Sarah Owens,

Sarah Owens is a Licensed Professional Counselor who obtained her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Saint Mary in 2017 and has experience in both clinical and academic settings. She works with teens, adults, and couples. She supports clients navigating life transitions such as career or relationship changes, relocation, or adjusting after military or first responder service.

Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, identity shifts, trauma, and grief. Sarah utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She also offers premarital counseling to help couples strengthen communication and build a strong foundation for their future together.
